SUMMARY:2025 香港咖啡調酒大賽
DESCRIPTION:香港咖啡調酒師比賽 (“HKCIGS”)以比賽形式展示
 咖啡和烈酒並推廣創新飲料配方。這項比賽突顯了咖啡
 師/調酒師在咖啡和酒精完美搭配的環境中的調酒技巧。
 從傳統的愛爾蘭咖啡（威士忌和咖啡）到獨特的雞尾酒
 組合。\n\n預賽在 HKCIGS Spirit Bar 和主賽舞台上進行。在 Sp
 irit Bar，參賽者使用隨機選擇的基酒和/或原材料製作兩
 種咖啡調酒飲料。在主舞台上，參賽者製作了四杯飲料
 ：兩杯相同熱/溫咖啡調酒飲品，以及兩杯相同冷咖啡調
 酒飲品。預賽成績最高的六位選手將進入決賽。\n最後一

SUMMARY:2025 Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Championship
DESCRIPTION:Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Championship showcases the art
  of combining coffee and spirits while promoting innovative drink recipes.
  This competition highlights the bartending skills of baristas and mixolog
 ists in creating perfect pairings of coffee and alcohol\, ranging from tra
 ditional Irish coffee (whiskey and coffee) to unique cocktail combinations
 .\n\nThe preliminary rounds take place at the HKCIGS Spirit Bar and the ma
 in stage. At the Spirit Bar\, contestants create two coffee cocktails usin
 g randomly selected base spirits and/or ingredients. On the main stage\, p
 articipants prepare four drinks: two identical hot/warm coffee cocktails a
 nd two identical cold coffee cocktails.\nThe top six contestants from the 
 preliminaries will advance to the finals.\n\nIn the final round\, contesta
 nts will make two cups of Irish coffee and two creative drinks based on co
 ffee and spirits. The contestant with the highest score in the finals will
  be crowned the “Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Champion”\nand will 
 represent Hong Kong in the next World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship

DESCRIPTION:香港咖啡沖煮比賽（”HKBrC”）是一項國際咖啡

DESCRIPTION:Hong Kong Brewers Cup is an international event aimed at showca
 sing the craft and skills of manual pour-over coffee brewing.\n\nThe compe

 the Compulsory Service\, contestants must prepare three cups of coffee usi

SUMMARY:2025 香港咖啡拉花大賽
DESCRIPTION:香港咖啡拉花大賽(“HKLAC”)強調藝術創意，挑
 戰參賽者於拉花咖啡的表演力。比賽的評審標準是基於
 拉花作品(“拿鐵”)的視覺屬性、創意、同組圖案的相同
 程度、對比度以及選手的整體表現。\n\n預賽中，參賽者
 有8分鐘的時間製作2杯圖案相同傾倒成型 (Free Pour)拿鐵和
 2杯相同的創意圖案(Designer)拿鐵。\n半決賽包含藝術吧和
 舞台區。藝術吧為現場觀眾提供了一個近距離觀察選手
 精心設計及製作拿鐵的機會，參賽者需在5分鐘內製作出1
 杯Designer拉花。而主舞台上，參賽者需在 10 分鐘內製作
 出6杯咖啡：兩套共4 杯Free Pour拿鐵和2杯Free Pour瑪奇朵咖
